i´ll just wait to 8.5 but is good to know

ati sucks a lot sometimes, because a read that some guy send them a mail and ati said "we don´t care about emus" ------that answer traslate "go and buy nvidia cards"

at least games like (RE, P.eve, ff9 works fine) except ff9 in world map and some fights, the rest of prerender images are working ok

We've tried that and putting the OGL drivers from 7.x into ePSXe folder.
those who have a card witch supports these drivers it worked, but for those(like me) who has a new card who doesn't support these drivers just caused a crash.

This may make me sound really stupid, but how do I use the 8.49 beta, exactly? I downloaded it and ran the installation thingy, but nothing seems to have changed.

Dumm question maybe, but i am too suffering from the problems in this thread (errors in graphics) and since there are so much posts now, and i'm not good at technical stuff, can someone give me a simple solution or answer how to get it fixed? Cauze my games look so cool right now with Pete's openGL2 driver 2.8 exept of the errors of course wich get anoying after a while.

I have AT Radion X1950 PRO and installed all new drivers for Vista 32bit
Version 2008.0328.2322.39969

Unfortunately I don't think there was a Vista 32bit version of the leaked driver, but by the build date of the driver it looks like 8.5 will have the fix and maybe even more fixes. I've attached the opengl icd file, unzip it and put the atioglxx.dll in your C:\windows\system32 folder. You'll need 7zip to unzip it.
Attached Files
File Type: 7z atioglxx.7z (1.95 MB, 19 views)
