I use both emulator, and yes you can do vice versa on both emulators. Just make sure you get the right save file (.DSV for desmume and .SAV for no$gba)
Is it 0.9.5??
yup desmume's latest version is 0.9.5. Now if only the people of no$gba can be as hardworking as them...
Ok, tnx...Now I renamed .sav to .dsv and Desmume isn't loading save, and yes, save is in same folder as ROM...
Uh... you don't need to rename it to dsv, just import the .sav using the builtin function of desmume... To make sure the imported save file get loaded, put it according what you set on path setting of desmume.
tangeeogals, for No$GBA , save and then once its done, close, not reset, (or if NO$Zoomer, use save battery file option). that's the same for all NDS games on No$GBA, the emulator doesn't overwrite the battery folder's *.sav file till you close it (or use save battery file)

Hmmm then try this, set the "SAV/SNA File Format == Compressed" to "SAV/SNA File Format == Raw" in no$gba.ini then save you game on no$gba, now try importing the sav again.
RAW, not Raw. the capitalisation seems to matter.
Tnx so much...Now I can play Pokeathlon in peace :D
It worked for me as Raw... I'm wondering....When I save ingame in Desmume, will No$gba open save that I saven in Desmume?? |
Yeah just do "export backup memory". Pretty useful eh? :D
Yea, it is :D
Now I have another problem...When I click Export backup memory, error message jumps saying "Save was not successfully exported"...Any help :(
What version are you using? Try the latest svn, can be found on emucr.
I'm using 0.9.5 x86..
EDIT: Nvm, I just renamed .dsv to .sav and it worked perfectly :D...Tnx for everything Nanaya ;) |
You're welcome :)
