[PEC] plugin hotkeys under Vista

I posted about this before, but it was on the main plugins board before this PEC section appeared and it's since scrolled into oblivion.

In essence, running PEC with ePSXe under Windows Vista, I am getting no hotkey (ctrl+a, ctrl+g, ctrl+h) functionality.

Now, I've tried all sorts of configurations and manipulations in the interim, and I still haven't figured this out. But, looking around the forum, it seems I am the only person having this problem.

Surely I am not the only Vista user, or the only PEC user who uses the plugin hotkeys (ctrl+a is basic). So, I'm looking for other Vista users who are not having this problem to speak up.

Is there anything about your configuration that would make it different from mine? What GPU plugin(s) do you use? What are your security settings for the emulator and PEC, or their respective directories? Anything that might give me a clue to what is interrupting the hotkeys on my system would be appreciated.
