ssspsx and pec

i have been browsing the net for post about its compatibility. and i am mostly confused because the answers are split. some say that it does others say it doesn't.

i just need to know for sure. i also tried to add cheats for the game i played. it's mobile suit gundam giren's greed blood of zeon, jap version. if possible i would like to try it on epsxe but it doesn't work so it seems.

any answer or help would be appreciated. thanks
