Dropping Windows x64 builds !

Hi all,

Due to the ability to play x32 builds on Windows x64, we've decided to drop the support and remove the 64bit installers. There's been also some problems with the TLB build, making x64 builds slower than they should be. We're working on this asap.

We still recommend 64bit recs for Linux x86-64 users.
