Average 20-35ps sometimes a bit higher..seems perfectly playable though
the sound can sometimes be a bit jittery..That maybe my settings though..

well is playable as the normal persona3 and it has the same bugs but you can end the game. with the svn 364 i get a big perfomance boost . full speed almost all the time just down in heavy battles.

0.9.5 vu build 364, all speedhacks on, "blend tff" interlace mode
GSDX 1.7 "Z log" on to fix graphical bugz
AND
Its PLAYABLE almost FULLSPEED even on my crapy PC
no graphical bugz, no sound problems. Very convinient to play with PS1 not analog controller connected to PC.
