I wanted to finally say thanks to the PCSX2 team. They have showed us that PS2 emulation is possible.

I can't wait to try PCSX2 once I finally build a new system.

I enjoyed trying out twisted metal black, and to my surprise I was able to get ingame and play, albeit some minor graphical glitches, and the slow speed due to my crappy system.

I had Twisted metal black running around 5-13 FPS at most on my Celeron D 330 @ 2.66 ghz, geforce FX 5500 OC, and 1024 megs of ram, using the VM Build.

It's getting better with every release, and I appreciate you take the time to code this for us emulation enthusiasts, although you're not obligated to. I thought those of you who worked so hard coding a magnificent piece of work, deserved thanks on this.

Take care, and remember you got fans who appreciate you and you're work

Thanks, keep up the good work...

My SECOND ps2 has now started to overheat (my first ones dvd laser wore out). So this ps2 emulator is my new hope. (also because of the next gen ps2's will stop being manufactured). So i will be able to play my ps2 games without having to worry about the console waring out.

You guys have made good progress so far, and i hope one day, pcsx2 will match the actual ps2 in performance

My brother sold my FFX disc for drugs (i think, or it got lost), and i've been dying to play it forever. I would have bought a copy, but im leaving 500 miles from my ps2 in a few months to go to college.

With the release of 9.2, i can play FFX with speeds of 30-68fps. It uses all my CPU, and the slowdown is annoying, but I'm very greatful that it's actually possible to play what i own when i can't have it.

Also, I stopped coming here a while ago because I heard there was going to no longer be support for single core HT processors. I dont know how many people are out there than have working single thread HT processors that are fast enough to run FFX like mine does (it's currently overclocked to 3926Mhz), but I really appreciate keeping the HT support.

You guys are the greatest, keep it up!

Hey guys,
Thanks for an awesome piece of emulation software. I have FFX running (Slowly, but definitely playable) on my Celeron 3.06G with only 512MB ram and a 256MB card (forget which one). I can tell by reading the forums that it's not the easiest thing to get working, so i'm really grateful

Keep up the good work guys.

Well, let me just say I'm impressed you actually got PCSX2 at this stage, this means you are all very proficient programmers and has enough knowledge to make it possible. A feat not easily accomplished especially in a joint project like this.
