Help me configurate

Hi guys, first time poster so go easy on me.
Ok, im not looking for Iso-s or bios, and i have worked with PS emulators for years. So why do i need help? Well, i can`t afford a PS2 so I need your help to best configurate my PS emu for best performace, bottom lline, im gonna tell you guys my configuration and you are gonna suggest the best plugins for it.
okay here we go:

Qore 2 quad 6600
GeForce 8600 GT DDR3
4 giga ram

Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.

Yes, first thing is you need to buy a ps2. Come back when you have one, so you can
use its bios and therefore pcsx2.

alredy hawe all bios and downloading 3 games now ^^ i get my pc tomorow and then i will drag over all the files from this pc to that one

and play

I have a question... what is the PCSX2 'official build; and where can I get it? because my thread was deleted, didnt know the one i had was a beta build
