Steady Frame rate???

Hey.. I'm pretty new to PCSX2 community and I'm just wondering how I can get a steady frame rate out of my games..

I have dmc3, mgs3, mgs2 all running perfectly but menu frame rates are up to like 200 fps and its somewhat annoying..
Anyone help would be awesome

Go to Config->CPU and set frame limiting to 'limit'.
