CDVD plugin error

hi..
i was playing Final Fantasy 10

i have done iso`s of them, but i got today a problem.. first i was playing FF x with the iso i was testing if there are any speed differences between the cdrom and iso files..but then when i gonna change it to the cdrom and i put the
Peops CDVD plugin.. and then it coms an error message saying that loading CDVD plugin error..

can anybody help me with this?
