Question Cpu not be used 100%

Using gsdx9 in window mode and task manager running in the background it seems that when Im in an area in kingdom hearts where the 3d environment is not too much for my video card (gsdx says "cpu" at less than 99%) the processer is only being used at about 90% and lower. So to sum it up in areas where the gpu is not a bottleneck the cpu (turion x2 TL-60 2.0ghz) is not being used at 100% usage there for im not getting my optimal speed.Does anyone know whats wrong? Thanks. (dualcore and mtgs are enabled)

maybe the GPU is still the bottleneck.

what graphics card do you have?

is gsdx is at 99%, its trying its darndest to make your graphics card run as fast as it can, usually indicates thats the bottleneck. As you said you have an x1250, im inclined to believe that

I noticed the same problem in NamcoXCapcom in map mode, but I guess is caused by my graphic card(an Intel integrated, 128MB), so sad. Anyway I have to buy a new one.

1 - Did you enable MTGS/DC in the CPU options?
2 - What game?

your cpu is always at least 1 total core in use, so unless you have 14.2 cores, you are not using 7%. that is how much of your cpu the gs plugin is using, the rest will be used by the emulator.

gsdx low cpu = good, means it doesnt need much to display the graphics
gsdx high cpu = bad, usually indicates the gs plugin or your gpu is bottlenecking the emulation.

Thanks for the explanation, I thought that number was cpu usage of the emulator, now I understand Itīs related with the plugin.
