In fact, I foun the way to Fix it. Thats How I done That:

**********Configuration*********
svn Build 351 (VM)
GSdx 0.1.5 (SSE2)

GiGaHeRz's SPU2 (public beta) 1.7.0
LilyPad 0.7.1
USA Bios 01.60 (Ripped by myself from my cousin's PS2)
EFP Polling CDVD
Speedhacks: 1-st & second enabled
Framerate Limited by 60 FPS
*********Getting ingame*********
Well, using latest svn did helps with crash on entering the burning house and
after going out of it(game don't crach afterwards & you get to silent hill actually) (I've done this on Windows XP x64 With SP2. game still crashes in Vista )
*********Corrupted text*********
most text is corrupted so there is no point of playing the game Without text,
BUT...
every text can be fixed like this:
Just press the "SELECT" (inventory) Button and Press it again to return to the game, and ALL the text gets Clear! (even the Firts ones with credits)
*********Graphics**************
If you Used the settings I Choose, then you shouldn't get any GFX issues (unless small light bug and a bit from time to time textures, some of them can be fixed by the method of corrupt Text)
*********Controlls**************
Using Lilypad makes the game controls Just perfect, so no problems with controlls.
*********Save issue************
If the game dont Save in the Save points, dont pannic!
Use Save State Whereever you want (personally i saved only at the save points , because the game used to tell me tha there was no memmory card )
after loading save state Travis (main char) goes left and couldnt be controlled, if you experience this, do following:
quit to the main menu (ingame), start new game and when the game starts, just load your Save state and thats it, Play on!

*********For sum up************
All this is possible due to special Patch made By Refraction (big thx man ).
There is no ingame sound, only in cutscenesand no movies (in fact there are 4 of them)You can watch al movies With GOM Player (but again, no sound)
*****************************
Can any of you guys make something with ingame sound?
thats the major problem with it

thx, by Save

Sorry, it cant be helped... That skip movie patch was specifically made coz game stops after that cutscene with some "unimplemented op blabla" message. I think it has to do something with that sleepthread patch so may be in future (when sleepthread problem is fixed) it will start working.

Great job Prafull !
Videos work and there is no more crach after first cuscene, thread stays alive. 1 problem remains: ingame sound. I thought that movie skip patch coused the sound to disappear, but it wasnt. there's some other couse

Ref's and Prafull's new patch crashes right after the warning video if ZeroSPU is used, looking good using Pete's. Although it loops after selecting new game.

Read above, I already said this game doesnt work with zerospu2.

As far as looping concerned its a random thing, sometimes it happens sometimes it doesnt.

Evidently (or not quite so) I'm stating how this still happens with this new patch.

Greetings

You are right Mr. Save ...

I think it is not because of PCSX2, I mean it needs a patch to bypass the movies or cinematic sense …

If you try different CDVD plug-in, then you will figure out that it stop at different sectors …

I hope that is the way it happens

Save State in the main menu solves everything.
I've managed to get 60 fps constantly with svn rev 368
