Question about pixel shaders

Hello,

I was about to install pcsx2 but I read that you need a graphics card with pixel shaders.. my machine is a P4 3.0ghz, however, it only has a crappy Intel integrated graphics card that does not support pixel shading. I don't have any options for upgrades as this is one of those Dell bargain PCs that was made about five years ago. I mean, I guess I could find some old PCI card but ehh..

So my question is, are there plugins that offer pixel shader functionality, or am I screwed because of my crap integrated gfx card?

Well, some plugins, the older ones, don't need em. Problem is, with your system, no speed in any game would be "Playable" So...yeah man...sorry, it's just not going to happen with that old system.

If I remember correctly, the most powerful video card found in the PCI-Bus is the GeForce 5200FX. So yes, compability wise, it's enough. Speed wise though... You're out of luck....

.... Anyway, P4's aren't really enough for full speed PS2 emulation even on 2D games like Street Fighter.
