Erom not found

When I try to play games with pcsx2_0.9.4 it states that Erom not found and Rom2 not found. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Does it effect your playing at all? Anyways, all I know is they are part of the bios required by the emulator that you have to rip from the PS2 you physically own.

mine also compilains of no erom or rom2, they are not needed, if your read the massive fack off faq about it ud see that u dont need them "asically the first jap ps2 had a single bios and the dvd player etc were installed on the memcard. The PS2's after that first model had the Dvd Player software installed in a seperate ROM (EROM) which is encrypted.
The ROM1 is an additional part of the BIOS that contains some extra stuff like ID's for DVD Player version etc.
ROM2 is the same really but I think only available in Chinese PS2's.
Hope this helps." so the erom is the dvd player and rom2 meh as it says is for chinese

so dont worry about them, if u cant play games make sure uve got all your plugins set up properly

X.rom1(?)
X.MEC
X.NVM

If you used the dumper tool, it will have created files with a tag on them (something like [XXXXXXXX]), and this tag will be different for each file.
The files MUST be named the same with just different extensions, so just remove the part in [] and it will be good.

EDIT: erom and rom2 are unneeded, so don't worry about them.

For anyone interested, there's a mirc script which converts "/me 's" into " * nickname's whatever" and adds a nice "/my" command.
