anyway , also tekken 4[sces_508.78] has benefit from it , amazing not only virtua fighter 4 evolution

full speed guys on tekken 4 , damn unfortunately are still moments when it drops to 32(just being naughty)
is perfect, unfortunately virtua fighter 4 pal doesn't benefit from it , at worse the graphics is just messed up now, but no problem because that game runs pretty fast without the tweak around 40 fps, only some dma bug who crushes it

Hi again, It is not only internal card but Some GF4MX encounters that problem too. Anyways it is good to know that there are still some places/points that can make emu run faster.

Its because you use GSdx plugin, it only compatible with ZeroGS plugin.

256 colors dosent work for me in teken 4. Why? Is that because my cpu is not too much overclocked? Or do i need to overclock my gpu? My cpu is Athlon X2 4400+ Socket 939 2.2ghz overclocked to 2.3 ghz, and i am getting about 20-40 fps in Teken 4 in 256 color mode. Can i overclock my cpu up to 3ghz with better cooling? The gpu is7900 gt 256 mb 450/1.3 ghz(not overclocked) What is the best overclocking for my system? I want to run Teken 4 full speed.

About cpu to 3Ghz, that hard to answer unless you get better cooling, since more heat, faster stability failure, but 3 Ghz can be obtained only on better pieces of X2 cpus, most of them does max btw. 2.7 - 2.8Ghz.
I recommend Scythe SCNJ-1000 Ninja cooler, one of the best Air CPU coolers, and if in future you get Core2Duo, its compatible with socket 775 too

Yup, your CPU is the limiting you not your graphics card.
Try overclocking it higher , and do as spajdr said get better cooling so you can overclock it further.

Thanks for upping this. Can you get into the racing in Gran Turismo 3 or do you still get a crash? GT3/GT4 uses GFX so framerates will stabilize and show a significant improvement, just wondering if it's enough to race at a decent framerate.

Actually got into the race sequence this time. However all I could see was my Toyota Vitz and a black screen. All the sounds and other things, all except the track graphics were there.

I also wasnt able to accelerate. I hit X and it didnt do anything. I guess it cant completely recognize every PCSX2 function through my steering wheel.

I also noticed FFX movies run differently using this method.

Serious lag without the patch as reported.
But movies run smoothly using this method, although with artifacts (most likely due to my rig speed) and lag somewhat.

Hi again, I've a few questions regards the 256 color trick.
I just notice that with the trick my windows' Desktop turn into 256 color only at the PCSX2 Start. Desktop's color was return to the default color while game is Running. I mean, after i click "Run CD/DVD" from pcsx2 menu the color of the desktop is not 256 color anymore. Is this normal thing? Or it should be 256 color all the time while pcsx2 is running??? Please gimme a clue.
Since i cannot see the difference so i want to know whether i did it correctly or not.
