The ATI bug has been fixed!

The latest revision of GSDX fixed the problem. ATI cards would get much lower performance than they were supposed to get compared to Nvidia Cards of equal strength. So lets say youhave a Radeon 4870, it would perform at the level of a 9800GT despite it being around the GTX 260 Core 216 . I think that the problem was because some of the load that the graphic card was supposed to do was offloaded to the cpu.

It looks like the issue has been fixed now.

I didn't test on my system yet, but this is real exciting. I'll be able to play at even higher resolutions on my 4850.
