PCSX doesn't need one IIRC. You can use the HLE BIOS

While it is true that the HLE bios in PCSX works wonderfully, the sad fact is that it does not work w/every game. Some games (like MS. PacMan Maze Madness) still require the actual PSX bios rom file to work.
sephiroth912, to find the bios rom file you need, do a search on google.com More than that will not be said.
