Updates???

I am fairly new to the emulation scene as my PC is not exactly amazin and I have a PS2. I also have an Xbox with the PCSX port on with which I am able to play some games.

This port plays most games if not all games that the latest PC version plays which is not that many with great compatablility. All I want to know is when the PCSX guys will be releasing another (is a new release with increased compatability in the works?) or has programming stopped on this emulator?

In summary: Is there going to be improved compatability soon? and when?
