Can't change to disc two On Metal Gear Solid

I've been trying for a while, I really don't know how to do it, I've tried opening disc two and loading the save just before you have to change disc.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated

Temporarily regress back to ePSXe 1.6.0 or install a virtual drive and mount the images there. When you need to change discs, use change CD and point it to your virtual drive.

there is no way to switch ISOs for the original PCSX but some of the unofficial versions has support for that
for real CDs, try using CDRsapu (for Windows) and you just need to press ESC and continue after you insert the 2nd disc. for the Mac OS X port you need to use the "Eject CD" in the menu.
