PCSX iso

I know that PCSX is ment to only play games off of the original disks (which I have Final Fantasys and all that) its just I don't have access to those disks atm, is there a way to use downloaded roms to resemble CDs so that they can be read?

this place doesn't do pirating man so try to be a little more subtle about it if you don't want mods up your butt.
