Will Flysis receive upgrades and a overhaul or is it gonna be roughly the same game (or weaker since they had to restart it and remove some stuff?).

Its had an overhaul, altho most of it has stayed the same. Theres new weapons, maps, new character design, and a complete redesign of the war system. And the community is just as strong, if not stronger.

Well, I found SCO to get repetitive very fast, but that was back to when beta first started, I should give a try to Flysis.

I apologize for the Necromancy but...

It seems Yedang has now made an International version of Ace Online....

Now which do I join? I would prefer the AI rather than Flysis, as it's for the Euro region I think......

WelCome To AceOnline

Well, SCO came from a Korean company "Yedang". Every localized server renamed the game. I wonder what happened? O_o

Korean Server = "Ace Online"
US Server (Now defunct) = "Space Cowboy Online"
Vietnamese Server = "Phi Doi" (I think this means air formation or something.)
International Server = "Ace Online"

Dont go to Yedang, why go back to a company that killed your favorite game because they were jealous of how many people were playing sco and not ace.

Flysis is the way of the future my friends, its hosted in germany by a company called Gameforge 4D and will not IP ban the US.

Rockfire :

No IP ban in the near future? Hmm, interesting..... Maybe when Flysis goes open beta I'll try my ping/lag on that server, whichever server has better connection, I'll go to it.....
