nothing more than logical;
new games are ultra-super-duper complex, and take a long time to develop. especially the engine and then you have to come up with all the designs, etc. So a trend you see is when a new big game is released, the life of all the work put in it gets extended by making relatively simple to make add-ons/sequels. That also helps making money on it. |

A reliable friend of mine was telling me that UT2k4 will include the complete UT2k3 game and will be adding stuff in such as the vehicles and new game types. All the UT2k3 weapons will be included and probably a couple of new weapons.
That same friend got to see an early build of UT2k3 and UC(Xbox) at E3 2 years ago and he told me that they had vehicles and some other stuff that actually didn't make it into UC or UT2k3. So it seems to me like UT2k4 is going to be adding in all the things that were originally planned for UT2k3 and UC. I watched a short video(from E3 2003) that showed the vehicles in action and I was not impressed. They seemed to move very fast which may make the game more chaotic rather than fun, but of coarse I'll give it a chance when the game is released. Hopefully they'll release a vehicle demo in the future. |

Re: Ut2k4?
as far as i know they aren't puttin better graphics...adding 2 game modes with vehicles to make it more like Battlefield 1942...and then of course you can play the classic game modes that came with ut2k3
