Only the demo for now is out.Chrono Archange is it like the ps2 version ??? (if you've played it)Is it as arcade as the ps2 or is it as simulation as WRC2 or RC2000 for pc??

sorry i havent played it....but these shots are from the pc version i think. it coming out on PC/PS2/Xbox

GraphicEngine look like Rallisport Challenge . So is it same engine ?

and i think in car camera (9th pic) is so hard to drive it's look like you're sitting in backseat

Ps.CMR 2 is a great game hope this one good too.

no, but Dice (Digital Illusions, makes of Rallisport) and Codemasters have been copying each other since the days of the Amiga

STCC2 and Toca2 also look alike...but I think the Codies are better at racing games, and Dice was better at Pinball (Codemaster's Psycho Pinball wasn't nearly as good as Pinball Dreams & Fantasies)

BTW, the 9th pic is not the in-car camera that is used when you play the game. It is just a 'replay' camera.

Man.. and I *seriously* need to upgrade. I could barely run the demo with my system

I kinda liked the physics and the mechanics of the CMR series... the only thing missing is real-life, authentic WRC tracks in there.. that would've been sweeet.

The menu system in the demo was pretty awesome! Too bad I suck at the actual game.. but I had a blast trying to play! lol

dont buy it the gameplay is very bad (my opinion) the colin mcrae 2 is the best for me

Is it just me, or do the incar textures of the dashboard and the landscape look really really bad. I love to play incar camra mode, but the dash board is just awful. I keep glancing down at it hoping to see a realtime display like in so many other racing games (namely F1 2002 and its mods) and instead see a horrid mash of texture. As far as the control goes, its pretty decent, and probly a lil better then MSRC, but still a lil' to slippery. Mobil 1 Rally Championship is still by far my favorite rally game to date. No game has come close to it's sense of realism for me atleast. I really need to get that game again.

Ed: The fact that Colin doesn't even drive for Ford anymore, and they knew about his move to Citroen but didn't change that bugs me. I know they probly had a deal with Ford/Colin to keep him in the Focus, and don't think Citroen could cough up the kinda cash to buyout the spot from Ford.

Funny also how there is no Pugeot... Go Marcus!!!

Agreed,Mobil 1 Rally Championship (aka Rally Championship 2000) is by far the best rally game

btw, played the demo and...man...do I NOT like it. Could be me though, I didn't like Rallisport either..maybe I just don't like "realistic" rally games....

AFAIK Rallisport Challenge and Colin series are more arcade rallies than simulation.If you want a realistic rally game i suggest RC2000 or Viper Racing
