It's illegal. In fact I'm tempted to close this thread anyway, as it seems that no one can discuss Doom 3 without talking about the _illegal_ leaked alpha.

yeah guys letīs keep away from this little... uh... incident. i think that when the game come out the geforce 3 will be able to handle it better, but hmmm i also donīt think it will be so overwhelming for the big majority of the gaming population, i think i wonīt be playing it, sick of pretty hollow games. |

Doom III has a very powerful 3D engine, very similar to that of UT2003 and maybe even more powerful PS: Never knew that Kane is a "Man in Black" himself

Well, from all these pre-reviews that i had read , Doom III is predicted to have a powerful 3D engine, but how powerful is it? no body knows...........

Those are some nice screens~ but they don't look as good as the ones from the e3 demo. Gee, they don't happen to be shots from the *illegal* demo, do they?

No, that's why I asked where you got it from, because I know you couldn't possibly have taken the shots yourself . The shots don't look like samples though, they look like actual in-game shots. *sigh* If only I could get that level of graphics on my mediocre comp . I can barely run UT 2003 at a decent pace. I just hope I can get a new comp on Christmas.
