The Chainsaw is an inseperable part of Doom. It wouldn't be Doom without chainsaws.

...There are some things you simply can't change. Think of how many fans they would estrange by not having it in there.

>But don't you think that is just a little tiny thing laughable. That's the whole point. It adds to the challenge: Can you get through the entire game only using the chainsaw on nightmare? Apparently my brother can, apart from the rocket launcher needed at the end. I saw him take out the Cyberdemon at the end of Episode 2 in Doom with his fists.

>And yeah, I saw him include god mode in it too Nope. That's the point. It was a real achievement. He was sitting on around 5 health when that demon went down at last.

Looks interesting. I wonder how it'll play though. Probably just another standard FPS game. Id's not the most original company when it comes to game design although they promised a good single-player experience with Doom 3.

I've said it once and I'll say it again. Doom will never die. Here's a new scan from a mag. *Deleted* Nightwoll put a smaller pic on the next page. Check it out. Read the stuff, it's kinda interesting. Great to know that the BFG wil be back ![]() I hope it's like the old doom where you run shoot, run somemore, and shoot the **** out of monsters. That's what made it fun, atleast that's why I liked it.
