They should have download links at the official site, http://www.ragnarokonline.com
its about 200mb in size though, and a lot of patches before you can even start playing.

this is an anime style online role playing game for the pc which uses 3d backgrounds and 2d character... it has several different character classes, a rotatable camera, and several thousand players online at once... because of the high amount of people however, it does have quite a bit of lag. currently it is in beta testing and is free... nobody knows when beta testing will end but it will still be a while, maybe a year or so enough information?
