how do u make them animated and does it work with psx games??

Sure it does, take a whole bunch of screenshots, then use fireworks or photoshop, and organize them in a slideshow.
The above gifs have from 10 to 24 frames. Dream vacation, can anyone read japanese??? please? what does it say?
