Damn it, you beat me to being the first person on here to show GeForce 4 screenshots =p. I'm going to be getting a new computer here very soon and it'll have a GeForce 4 in it.

Yeah, the next generation of DX8 capable games are going to look amazing. Of course you're going to need a graphics card capable of vertex and pixel shaders to fully enjoy them. I just hope prices of the GeForce 3 cards drop within my budget range when the GeForce 4 comes out.

Talking Finally!

I must say those shots are pretty impressive. Definitely will be selling my V5 and definitely will be getting my hands on one ASAP!
So, with the GF4 out, you guys think somebody has to start coding a DC/X-BOX/PS2 emu now? Those graphics surely speak louder than words.

those shots are ok....
but if you took some with a geforce 3, in the same point, you would come to the conclusion that they do not differ that much...
I would bet that most of the people would be wrong if they have to choose between them wich was taken with geforce 4... (same lever of AA, same level of anisotropy...and so on)

Well, the AA is supposed to be the only thing that's actually improved in the GeForce 4. The extra vertex unit doesn't really do anything for graphics and neither does LMA II or any of the other improved features. As far as I can see it's just a faster GeForce 3, and now that games are actually using the advanced vertex and pixel shaders of the GeForce 3 the graphical improvements can be easily seen.
