Drawing traceroute maps

Tried my best friend for the answer but didnt really get what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone knows how to draw a clear traceroute map with 2 starting points to the host, even better any place on the net that has a format I Can follow to draw my own.

Uh, a traced route would be a straight line to the destination host... why would you need a 'map' when all you have is each next hop?

What i meant is a diagram showing each IP address that is hopped too, similar to a flowchart, using dats that is similar to below. Below that is the format I Want to show this data as, but in a more detailed way.

Just shows all the IP adresses hopped to and the destination being reached.
