We've had a billion of these threads.. would've been good to put in a poll too so we can actually see what the stats are without scrolling through 5 pages of resolution posts.

Perfectly satisfied with 1024x768, even with games, and yeah, I also only have a 17 inch CRT monitor as well.... :P

1024x768 looks so big nowadays... I remember when I first switched from 800x600 to it and marvelled at how tiny all the icons were.

By the way you have the res labeled as 1400x900 it should be 14
