where to post?

Is there not a 'general emu discussion' page?

I just wanted to ask some general questions about the state of emulation.

Thanks in advance

Either open discussion or game discussion is fine. Rather than making a new thread just post your question in this one.

ok..

couple things, do you think we'll ever get some kind of all in one emulator, that is one program that combines say, mame, pj64, psx2. I suppose that would be hard to create as I don't think any emulator is final yet.

Is it me or is mame32 the only emulator that has a decent gui. I really like the way it will list games you havent got with a cross beside them, which makes it quite addictive trying to keep up to date. Wonder why other emu's don't do this.

Well, there is MESS, but that's not exactly what you're looking for. Frankly I see no benefit in "combining" emulators as you put it.

That feature was removed as of v118.5
