Anyone recognize THIS song?

I have this song clip that I'm very sure is from DragonBallZ. I know it was sung by Kageyama Hironobu, but I don't recognize it. I'm sure it was an ending theme from one of the older japanese movies, but I guess I haven't seen this one. Any ideas? Thanks.

More than likely a movie ending theme, but I've only seen half of them.

offtopic: @ozzgx4, have you seen DBZ movie #11 (Bio Brolly)? Is it as bad as everyone says it is? I haven't had a chance to watch this one and my expectations on it are very high.

I have seen it, its alright but it isnt that good as its cut out to be. but different people have different opinions about it.
