Saltwater on..fire. Saltwater used as fuel?

Saltwater burns in a testing tube after being exposed to certain radio waves. It seems that radio waves weaken salt bonds and release hydrogen, which burns easily as every chemist knows, with a little heat. There are even thoughts of using this as an energy source.
