I haven't read any previous parts of this topic btw.
I'm two-weeks slower than everyone else, and decided to watch the news reports, footage and tributes on youtube.
I have to say, it's very sad that all those innocent, beautiful people died. One person did so much damage to so many lives, and it cuts deep to the surrounding families.
The tribute video with images of all 33 killed people was a tear-jerker.

As for Jack Thompson and his video game ****, on the news report he sounded like a 13 year old. He was extremely defensive. I can't see video games messing up people unless they are played straight for very long hours (to the point where your eyes hurt and reality seems less real).

THen again Jack Thompson would blame World War 2 on video games and then tell Sony to stop selling/making Wii's.

Almost all of the "facts" in the filing is false, I hope the judge slaps him with a fine for this.

edit: on second thought I hope he drags this case to the US supreme court, it might set a positive precedent against Jack and the FCC.
