Only if by slightly you mean same characters, same setting with a very different story.

The story is different yes. Natsuki has turned into a real girl though....in the anime she nearly kills Takeda for making a move on her, and distests nearly all males....but in the manga she breaks into Mai's room to "abduct" Tate...

Up to episode 37 of Fist of the North Star.

The story got really good at around episode 20.
Today I've watched 17 episodes in a row, and i'm still going :o
(i haven't watched this much anime eps at once in along time)

Watched "Petit Eva: Evangelion@school" yesterday(as my avatar/ signature shows), man that thing was freaky... The ones making that must've been on crack or something But then again that's why it was funny!

Finished watching Kannagi yesterday. I hope there is a new season coming out. Im still confused about a lot of things that were not explain. But it was still enjoyable, i would give it an 8.

Now to watch MinameKe and Sekirei =3
