Chrno Crusade was nice... Even though the ending was suprisingly sad, especially when you look at the first episodes

Star Ocean EX... Well at some points it gets so cheesy its not even funny, but if you've played Star Ocean: The second story, I highly recommend it. Too bad they never made the second season

What anime are cotton and proto talking about? I've been offline for a while and feel a but out right now

And if I have not played any games? Will I then feel lost watching Star Ocean EX?

No...One of the main animators is a girl. You got Akiman doing some mecha design, but I'd rather him do the character designs since he did a real nice job with Turn A Gundam. Eiji Nakata, who was Sunrise's dog there for awhile. Please stop with the random **** that isn't true.

No... The Star Oceans are not continuous even though there are some things that cross between the games. And Star Ocean EX is like showing the story in the first CD of Star Ocean: The second story. But if you had played the game you would know what happens after the anime ends, the second CD... As it doesn't really end where the anime ends.

But still its a pretty good anime, considering its made from a video game!

Schumi ,it's your bitter tone about anime's ending that make me not recommend you about Star Ocean EX.Its ending is crap.Truly.The game was much better.Unless they make 2nd season,I will call it crap.

@Proto:
Er.I've always thought that divine move was just a playing of word for "seeking for the perfection" which is a unique point of Japanese culture and not a very strange thing to anime watchers like us.

Meh. I will still watch it though. I don't judge series anymore till I have finnished them and I will force myself to watch anything till completion...and seriously...nothing can be as bad or as much of a time waste as Jungle Wa Itsumo Hale Nochi Guu .... so if I can survive that then I can survive anything.

There was a plan to make a second season, but as far as I know its not going to happen... EX is already pretty old so I doubt they're gonna dig it up anymore, its sad because I liked how it was made, wit all the cheesyness and all

Out of those I only watched Chrno Crusade and a little bit of Outlaw Star. I eventually dropped the latter as it really wasn't my cup of tea. Chrno Crusade, on the other hand, was something I enjoyed very much as I thought it was slightly different approached when compared to other anime of its kind. It seemed to focus more on character relationships than the others really... The last episodes were quite awesome as well!

Didn't see your recomendation before. Anyway I did and thought it was OK. The story promised something great and I enjoyed it, but the ending was somewhat lacking really... I might read the manga though. For some reason I'm enjoying manga a lot more than anime now

Yeah the ending was not enough of a Trigun clone....

But other than that the show was awesome...

I got Mahoutsukai ni Taisetsu na Koto, and will probably watch this first before starting with the one that is currently airing. I will probably start with it very soon, as i'm quite interested in it

Btw use spoilers when needed. I think i read something from Hikaru no go that i shouldn't of read, like blabla becoming best... and stuff...
