i have to try some other stuff i4get suggested, but here go 4 variations...

Though, i think that you coul improve it a bit a more.... how?? some web pages screenshots in the foreground disguised with blue to give that merged sene... and other things...all in all you are a great "cyber artist", keep up the good work NEOJAG!!!!

Neojag: It'll be difficult to improve upon your wallpapers when attachments don't work. I'm incredibly annoyed by that too, because I was going to do a lengthy update on something today...

I was jealous of Neojag's |\/|4d h4x0ring WP 5k177z, so I tried my hand at the ol' WP business. It's my first one ever... don't be too harsh

Neo: How do you get a) The nifty emboss effect on "NGemU" in the first one and b) the glow around "next-generation emulation?"

[edit] So attachments don't work. Bugger. Oh well, probably saved myself some embarassment

I kinda like it. It represents the inherent pessimism and negative tendencies of modern Western society. Or something. Seriously, can't you see some guy taking the "no-image" red x, slapping a $5,000 price tag on it, making up some BS like that, and calling it art? It's probably been done, too.

Yes, although I'm not sure exactly why. It only popped up on the new server, and I'm not sure if it's because Bobbi has some settings messed up or he accidentally forgot to port a crucial element of vBulletin or something else.

both of the effects were made with layer options. if your using PS6 click w/ the right mouse button on the layer u want to apply the effect to and mess arround with the settings

another way to do this is duplicate the NGemu layer, fill it white and another one black. the, delete some parts, gaussian blur others and set layer modes do soft light or any other that suits you to get that effect
