Help on Configuration of PCSX2

Help me pls... i cant seem to get a good FPS on my games coz i dont have any idea on which settings i have to use on the plugins of my PCSX2...

Here are my current specs:
Pentium 2.8ghz proccessor
256mb GeForceMX ???? vidcard
1G DDR400 RAM
Dont worry about the sound i dont use it anyway

Here are my PCSX2 Specs:
Problem : >> Bios: Europe V2.0(current), i also have a jap v1.6 and a USA v.16, which im not sure which i should use from the three, im using the Europe version because it has the highest version(2.0) but im still not sure what the difference is. =(

Problem : >> Graphics: Pls provide which i must use =(
This is the real problem, i dont know which graphics plugin to use, they all work but i dont know what SSE is, what its difference is from the NON-SSE version of the plugin, pls help me configure my PCSX2 so that i can test my DVD images =(

DVD drive: ISO reader(forgot the name of this plugin)
Also about my images, do i have to compress them to Z or BZ format to get better speed or graphics on it? or should i leave it as .iso format??? Pls help me, i really dont have the slightest idea on working this thing. =(
Sound: Null
Firewire: Null
USB: Null
Controllers 1 & 2: no problem with this

wrong section tra la la btw you wont get a good fps. unless you make hot monkey love to your pc.
