Music is progressive black/Viking Metal, singer fully in clear Vocals. Singer is ICS Vortex/Simen Hestnaes which might be familiar name to some. BEST clean vocals i have ever heard.

Im not fan of clean vocs either, depending in music style that is, but Vortex is really excellent! Not the typical high-pitched squeeze-ma-ballz clean vocals common in powermetal, but more omnipotent majestic or something. This guy is also behind of clean vocs of later Dimmu Borgir and sings in Arcturus too nowadays.

No really, Dragonforce isnt exactly only one with that type of vocals, but they are one very good example of it.

It's werid seeing Shagrath play guitar, but it's also very cool

Personally I like clean vocals more, just because I'm very much in to melody and it one more intrument to hum. I just want a natural sounding singing voice, if you can do high stuff, but you are only doing it to fit a style when you sound better lower...ugh.

althought I like 3 inches of blood, does it bother anyone else when a band has two singers? It's always been something I just hated and dealt with in a band myself.

I plain just don't like them. Pisstake metal never is good.

If you like that crap I recommend you give Scotland's own Mendeed a try. You might like them. If they got a real metal singer they'd kick ass. Instead they have an Emo rawk bastard vocalist. It grows on you after a while, but all I'm thinking is "Wasn't he in Finch?"

Since seeing your post on the Pictures forum though, Onslaught, I've started listening to DreamEvil. They sound good.

I just I should make things a little more clear. When I said like I ment I don't mind hearing them in my friends car.

Just loaded that bands website, I really like the guitar sounds so far, very well done. I see what you mean by the vocals, I want some to sound like they passed puberty.

Awesome, I'm glad like them, some of their song I can't get into, but that's the samew ith any band.
