Today is valentine's day and I would like to wish all NGEMU members a very happy valentine's day. I was just wondering if this day means anything to people these days ? And how and when you guys proposed to your Girl friend and said I LOVE YOU Also If there are any fond memories of a valentine day ?

Other than that, just send out a small email to this girl I just know for a week, she's sweet. Also, I just remembered that she can see who I am but who the **** cares

And I didn't feel like actually spending money this Valentine's day, I'm not falling for it, and I'm glad that I'm single so I don't have to go on a mission to find 'the perfect gift.'

I think Valentine's is a funny day.

It's funny that on a single day, you can see just how little humanity has really changed after thousands of years. Beneath the guile of changing trappings and guises, it all really amounts to one objective.

Or is this simply the law of nature?

Happy Valentine's Day to you too! Valentine's Day means a lot to me personally. I've always spent ridiculous amounts of time getting or making my girlfriend the right gift, and this year was no exception. ^_~' In all honesty the day shouldn't mean a whole lot -- cherish and express your feelings to the people you love regardless of the day (life's too short!) -- but it helps remind me if I haven't been doing those little things for my girl every once in a while.

As for those who don't have someone right now, don't worry about it! You just haven't come across the right person for you. Like Kraelis said, it's not the end of the world ... and for god sakes ... This day is supposed to be about relationships and love (... and shameless commercialism

), not just about getting some girl in the sack! Unless you're a creep of course, in which case you're likely to stay lonely and a virgin for a long time to come until your attitude changes.

But I'm sure none of you are like that!

We're better than mere animals, or at least we're supposed to be!
