I just started to watch the anime because someone sugested it to me, the character designs are nice and the art style is good, there is a solid story in it as wel, the music being comprised mostly of german orcherasta makes it sureal at times, there is some blood and violence as well as some open nudity, it's definitely not for kids.

I watched this when it was released. I was hoping for more episodes...
I recommend it to everyone but like Player-X said there's some nudity and alot of blood at parts. If you watch the first episode and like it, you should be ok

This is a good one. Watched it a while back. Just for information, there is nudity, but nothing really sexually explicit, and the blood is fairly infrequent except for the start and ending episodes.

Anime is an art that I truely appreciate. Anytime there is something new (or old) that I haven't seen, I always give it a shot.

The anime series I am engrossed into right now is Bleach. Absolutely fantastic. The animation is superb, voice acting, music, concepts, philosophy and even pyschological implications are superb.

...but let's give this a try.

Elfen Lied is indeed a nice series, specially for those that want to evolve their tastes from shounen anime into the deeper alleys of other series... however I find the manga story to be a tad better (to be specific, after Anime's episode 10 or so vs Manga's chapter 70 and ahead, where they started to go their ways before that they were pretty similar), so if you liked the series you might want to give the manga a shot

nway, if your looking for an anime the is constantly violent, this might not be it... but when there's violence, its pretty intense

its an okay anime. the rest doesnt live up to the first ep imo, because it turns into this stereotypical "guy who lives with a hundreds of girls"-thing that bores the hell out of me...
