I made the post views visable again for the MyEFx2Blogs account type and you can view your total visits at the very bottom of your blog.

A lot of new improvements have been made to EFx2Blogs. Some of the more recent ones include an all new alert system that alerts you of new blog posts for people you are subscribed to, comment alerts and comment tracking alerts. I also added a buddy system so you can have buddy only content as well as permissions settings for your entire blog. You can see who recently visited you (registered members).

I also added caching. It now caches your blog posts after you add, edit or delete a post. This allows us to use static content for your posts and speeds up the page loading times and cuts way down on mysql queries. I also cached the favorite links as well.

You can read about most of the stuff from my blog .. http://blog.efx2.com/user/Keith/ .. and if you have a blog you should start posting again our community has grown by leaps and bounds.

Big update for those of you who use EFx2Blogs. We now use subdomains URLs for your blogs. For example http://keith.efx2.com

This also means names are restricted to a-z 0-9 and you can use dashes "-" as long as it doesn't start with or end with a dash.

So if you have spaces, underlines or other weird characters your username will need to be changed if you want people to be able to visit your blog correctly.

Also added Calendar support for the MyEFx2Blogs account type .. just add the $calendar variable in the design settings.
