I just got this email from the health & safety guy (or COSHH) in our dept. Well lets just say he's infamous for taking his job way too seriously

. Anyways, after I managed to stop laughing I thought I'd share

In other words to carry note in the hall we need to have written permission from COSHH. This folks is how your university tuition fees are being wisely spent .....

Hmmm ok. If you don't know what you want to say then why did you post? Is it not better to think of what you wanted to say first and then make a clear point?
