Has anyone seen this movie?

Maybe it's just me or do most Japanese anime/movies involve depressed 14 year olds?

This movie was good but at the same time disturbing.

I didn't understand the movie well, at least I believe I don't understand it. It's about a depressed kid that gets bullied into doing things and commits crimes.

What I want to know is who kills who at the Lily concert and what was up with the apple?
This movie is pretty confusing.

After the concert, while the crowd is moving back to see Lily, Hasumi stabs Hoshino.

And about the apple, Hoshino brought it to the concert so that any other chat room members may recogize him. He even wrote his nick "blue cat on it".
