ebay's terrible!!

has anyone else other than me ordered something from ebay and waited more than 2 weeks for it and never show? im goin through that and startin to get pissed.

got the new evanescence single from a buyer called "Shop 4 Sound" either they have gone M.I.A. or they took the item off their list or something. cuz their ignoring my emails too. i payed for the item also and im being ignored / forgotten. wtf

how was the seller's rating?
if you paid with paypal, you can file complain and get your money back; buyers get the benefit of the doubt always. if you didn't, you can complain through ebay as well, but there is a processing fee involved. some credit companies have protection against this situation as well, check yours. if the seller does try to rip you off, go ahead a give him/her a terrible rating.

This is what really burns. apparently the user "Shop 4 Sound" has Gone M.I.A. (my way of saying Not a Registered User) Trust me, im complainging everywhere i can and already reported the usre to Ebay. hopefuly i can get my money back.

Has anyone been able to get their money back through paypal?

Let me tell you guys as a warning about paypal. Unless you are buying, do not let anybody pay you via paypal unless you are 110% asured. Trust me ive lost hundreds of dollars on jerks who feel they need to get off by ripping us honest people off.. just a warning man be careful with paypal

As stilz said, complain to PayPal. Buyers are better protected than sellers. The seller has to prove that the item has been sent and provide tracking information for the item. If the seller cannot do this you should get a refund from PayPal.

I am, And Have. Paypal has already started the case. and i have just now gotten a responce from our once Not Registered User through ebay. find it ironic that it takes them a warning to respond to my complaints.

reustie here...just thought you'd like to know Shop 4 Sound is STILL up to his tricks. I won a Kylie cd back on 11/02/04, pd w/Paypal the same day and I'm STILL waiting for my cd. I filed a complaint w/Paypal but they said it was "...past the 30 days..." and wouldn't accept it. (I didn't know I only had 30 days to file...this cd was a pre-release cd.) The creep is claiming that I received it, but I didn't! (Why would I be raising hell about a lousy $25? It the fact that he promised the merchandise at my mailbox in time for St Nick's, an 52 days later I'm STILL waiting.) The creep is a liar and likes to defraud people. Good thing the Paypal payment was with a credit card. I contacted the credit card company today and they're issuing me a credit w/in 48 hours. I left the creep negative eBay feedback...and he left ME negative feedback?! WHY? I paid him the VERY DAY I WON THE AUCTION so I kept my end of the contract! Now he's trying to get a mediator to have me withdraw my feedback...I DON'T THINK SO!! People NEED to read about some of his shady dealings. :cuss2:
