uh oh MP3 player hdd/mem crash!!!! Where did you buy it? BestBuy gives the best help or if you happen to have the 2 year service plan just take it in for a new one

the display screen is cracked, thats all. i wanna get it replaced. n i think its a produc of K&C most of u prob never heard of it
