Your Body Fuel

Means what do you drink the most. Personally pure water (3 x 1,5 liter per day), it keeps you clean and in shape. Plus the minerals recover you pretty well after the workout. And once or twice a day, a nice tee or coffee.

Your turn.

Several things...

Water to keep my body alive. Coffee in morning to keep my mind straight on day. Bottle or two of beer (no more, im a person who rarely drink myself drunk) on sauna every friday or saturday, to make me relaxed after stressing week.

I love coffee, and I must have glass of it at the start of my everyday. My main body fuel would be pure water though, it keeps me refreshed. I drink pops once a while, but I never take alcohol.

Well, I'll say water. Nobody can live without it and it is the base of most other fluids

There are 3 liquids I drink very large amounts of every day. Water, coke, and milk. As for alcohol, I have been known to consume that in large dosages as well , but that's only when chillin and partying with friends and it's not really a regular occurance (any more... a couple of years ago my room was filled with empty beer cans and bottles). As for coffee? Can't stand it... I don't really like any hot drinks.

I drink Dr. Pepper and Coffee. That's all I drink. I don't drink water - it has no taste so what's the point? It's unhealthy, but I don't care, since practically everything you do is bad for you. Alcohol causes more deaths than any other drug, so I would never drink it.

Let's see... how to answer this without sounding like the raging alcoholic that I am... Oh, guess I can't really. At any rate I drink truly heroic amounts, I already have offers from several research institutes for my liver when I die.

Hmm... Shouldn't juice be on the list? I suppose it could fall under sweet stuff. Water, Juice, Milk, and once in a while a can of pop for me. I rarely drink any alcohol, and if I do it's always a cocktail of some sort. I hate beer and any straight booze like vodka or tequila. As far as wine goes.. Red wine is nice at dinner, I don't care much for white wine or champagnes.
