Ok i've just finished watching berserk
the ending was kinda lame

i mean i realy liked the story and all but they Fu***d up in the last 2 episodes.
so now i dont know what to watch next
does any one know any good animes out there
now i need something with action & fantasy

Excel Saga! Get some more random insanity.
Gundam SEED: Superb story with plenty of little twists and no real bad guy (up till about ep 38 which I have watched anyway), plenty of action and a little romance. Gundam Wing also sports similar attributes. The only other Gundam series I would recommend is The 08th MS Team. The 0079: Movie Trilogy Seems far too drawn out (over 3 2 hour 20 minute long movies), 0080: The War in the Pocket simply sucks IMO. There's no real development. 0083: Stardust Memory feels really lame and drawn out. G-Saviour is a L-A Gundam movies, and is worth a look only if you wanna see what they can do with an L-A movie.
Serial Experiments Lain felt dull all the way through. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
Boogiepop Phantom I was so close to giving up watching this every ep. In retrospect, I should have put it down after the first ep. Only saving grace is the nice D&B music in places
RahXephon I didn't rate well from the fist ep, but I'm watching it through now and I feel better about it. I wouldn't put it up there with Azumanga or Love Hina.

Umm, seen Macross Zero yet? It has some really cool CG animation. Oh and, you might wanna watch Witch Hunter Robin, it's a serious anime like Hellsing, but our hero in this anime is cutey.

Full Metal Panic is a really cool mecha anime too, it's a lil bit old but its one of my favourites, it has some really touching scenes.

Oh. btw, check Animenfo.com for more information on these anime, they are all awesome.

ditto, but i try and avoid dubbed version's so i stay away from it, dual was o.k , banner of the stars sucked, soultaker seems to be o.k and so far their line-up is vanilla but it's a good thing since their isnt a lot of channels that broadcast anime (i only know of 3 stations techtv, cartoonetwork and the action channel)

Well I've gotta comment on these choices.
Ayashi no Ceres seemed far too long and drawn out and just plain boring. I keep having trouble getting round to finishing the series (I'm only up to ep 16, and I keep giving up after a couple of eps)
Evangelion is great if you can bear to watch it a couple of times, as otherwise you won't get the full effect.
Serial Experiments Lain I already covered a few posts up.
Chobits is a little lacking in hte plot department. There seems to be an inordinate amount of filler and recap eps (there is simply no need for 3 freaking recap eps in a 26 ep series). It's good for a little fun, but there are far better series out there.
