This happened more than 25 years ago. I have no idea how old he is now, but it should be around his 21 age, meaning he didn't go to college, and so was probably poor as hell

actually billy dropped out of Harvard to start microsoft, then after microsoft blew up he went back and got his degree. that picture was taken because he was driving recklessly.
