I remember on this board someone made the observation that when you see a picture of an Asian woman she is always large breasted or small breasted.
There are none who are mid-range.

Recently I was watching a show and it came up that Korean women(I am not sure if it was the older or younger generation) will grab the chests of well endowed US women who are stationed over there. The reason given was Koreans are small breasted. Breasts of a certain size are an abnormality and I guess a curiosity. This made me wonder about oriental women in general.

Are most or all oriental women naturally small breasted? Are all of these large breasted Asians been under the knife for bigger breasts? If they aren't all small breasted are there certain areas or countries where well endowed Asians reside?

Look, i'm not a picky man. I don't mind what size breasts a woman has....well, i'd be lying if I said that.....as long as they aren't too small, or too big.

I'd say for the most part that it's true. Most Korean women have really small breasts. I'm from a Korean family and go to a Korean church and most of the women have smaller-than-average breasts. There are a few exceptions here and there but most of them aren't too big.

It mostly has to do with the diet. Traditionally Asian diets are/were mostly comprised of rice and other small items like fish. This is starting to change now with the influx of fast food staples and other western meals. Given a couple hundred years of the new diet, breast sizes should end up at about the same point.

oriental women has all breast sizes, its just more rare when it comes to big sizes in orientals than western. dont think they all have small breasts n those who has large ones have been under the knife

That's exactly it. Think about it - breasts are mostly just fat. If there isn't a lot of excess fat (as a healthier, smaller diet would cause), they'll be smaller. More energy leads to bigger body parts. This is also one of the main reasons Asians are shorter in general than Western counterparts. As the diet is changed, more and more Asians will evolve with the alterations in diet to the pace of Euro-Anglo development. Articles have noted some changes in growth can already be observed in places like Japan.

As height and weight increase, so too will breast size, naturally. I think relative to height and weight, asian women have no smaller breasts than non-asian women. And yeah, it's a stereotype and things are indeed changing, but at this point in time the average height and weight for asian demographics are lower than in other places, so naturally, if a woman is smaller and lighter, she'll have smaller breasts. Regardless, I've seen plenty of asian women with medium and large sized breasts.

Lack of exercise and the foods eaten can produce fatty breasts but breast size is not completely diet based. It is more a product of genetics as can be seen when girls who are overfat have small breasts and very thin, anorexic women naturally have large breasts.

Orientals have been living in isolation from other cultures which has caused them to have characteristically small breasts. Any group who has lived millennia keeping to themselves would become more and more similar in appearance.

Those who have lived around the Mediterranean Sea make up a more diverse gene pool and they have had many opportunities to breed with each other(eg Roman Empire, Alexander the Great's Empire, Crusades, Re-emergence of European trading after the Crusades, colonization). The age of exploration and slavery also have had their share in making new world populations more diverse. This might account for why caucasians look less alike and they don't have breasts which are usually of a particular size.

Asians will only resemble less like their ancestors through breeding with dissimilar cultures. imo the Orientals who stayed in Asia will remain pretty much homogeneous unless those of mixed birth decide to return to their ancestral homeland. Do you see many of those who are proud of their Italian heritage returning to Italy for other than a vacation? I suppose Asian Americans are like Italian Americans in this way.

NOTE:I am not Italian but I have had an ear full of Italian pride by those who are a few generations separated from their beloved country. Get over it! How can someone be proud to be the descendent of one who turned their back on their fatherland, motherland, disneyland, whateverland?
